Award Winners at Foróige Youth Citizenship Awards 2015!!!

Ballineen Foróige leaders and members recently attended the Foróige Youth Citizenship Awards in the RDS, Dublin presenting their Meitheal Nua project. The members and leaders alike had a fantastic day in the big smoke where they got to see all of the other fantastic projects from Foróige Clubs, Foróige Juniors and individual members from around the country. While there was no overall award, the club were delighted to take home an award for 'Best Display' on the day. Well done to all of the members, leaders and members of the community, especially Denis O'Driscoll and Ted O'Neill, who worked tirelessly over many weeks to make another brilliant community project possible.
